What exactly is Menopause and Perimenopause?
Menopause is defined as the period after a woman has had complete cessation of her menstrual cycle for 12-months. The period leading up to formal menopause, which can last for around 10-years is known as the Perimenopause.
Every woman will experience it, but each of you are unique and will experience perimenopause at different ages, for different durations, with different symptoms and with varying degrees of severity. While others may experience the menopause early due to medication or surgery.
Perimenopause is a transition, meaning your symptoms and their severity will likely change and fluctuate throughout this stage in your life.
This is why there is no one size fits all solution.
This is why we listen to you, to identify your potential imbalances to design a nutrition and supplement plan specifically for you.
Our bespoke naturopathic nutrition plans, which are always tailored to your personal needs take into consideration your personal likes and dislikes and are intended to be easy to follow and not add any additional stress or anxiety.

Empowering you with the knowledge to manage your health risks proactively and make informed decisions.
The risks or safe use of taking HRT are complex and they differ subject to the individual including your genetics, lifestyle, how your body processes hormones, your gut health and so on. It also depends on the type of HRT prescribed and the combination of the hormones prescribed. HRT can be an excellent choice for many women, but for others it may not be the best option.
We do not prescribe HRT, but with hormone and genetic testing, we can help you make an informed decision about what is best for you and empower you with the knowledge to manage your health risks proactively.
