  • Personalised naturopathic nutrition, supplement & lifestyle plan tailored to your specific needs & designed to fit into your lifestyle without overwhelm!
  • Regular 30-minute check-in appointments, with a qualified & insured naturopath and nutritional therapist.
  • Blood test interpretation where relevant, as well as interpretation of any other relevant tests if available.
  • Test results incorporated into your personalised naturopathic nutrition plan.

  • Recommendations for additional functional testing, and/or referrals where appropriate.

  • Contact between appointments where necessary.

Initial 60-90 minute health assessments are either online or in-person at The Whitehouse Health & Wellness Centre in Epsom, or at the River Club in Worcester Park, Surrey.

All Check-In appointments are held online.

When booking, you book your 1st appointment only. Subsequent appointments are booked at the end of each appointment with your therapist.

The Health Optimise: £599 deposit at time of booking + £171 4-weeks after booking + 2x monthly payments of £200 monthly thereafter.
