A health gift card enables your loved one to book onto one of our personalised naturopathic nutrition health reset plans.

All our health reset plans include:

  • 60-90 minute in-depth health assessment, which includes a thorough investigation into all symptoms & contributing factors to help identify underlying root causes and potential imbalances.
  • Personalised naturopathic nutrition, supplement & lifestyle plan tailored to your specific needs & designed to fit into your lifestyle without overwhelm.
  • Regular 30-minute check-in appointments, with a qualified & insured naturopath and nutritional therapist.
  • Blood test interpretation where relevant, as well as interpretation of any other relevant tests if available.
  • Test results incorporated into your personalised naturopathic nutrition plan.

  • Recommendations for additional functional testing, and/or referrals where appropriate.

  • Contact between appointments where necessary.
